Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 on orders under $50
The free shipping threshold is based on your order subtotal after any discounts, before taxes. Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and Delivery Times
Your order is prepared and shipped by our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays.
Multiple Packages
Because items may ship from different fulfillment centers, orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different days. You won't be charged extra shipping when this happens.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, email us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us at info@zippobaby.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to help resolve it.
